I am witness that all things that are beautiful come from the Lord. He continues to sculpt my heart with such precision that it is almost unfathomable to miss.

Only God can make my otherwise private faith into a force that cannot be contained. Tonight while I walked Pub Street in Siem Reap (a street crammed with food, clothing and souvenir vendors) a pregnant woman selling clothing caught my attention. As if I was a magnet and she was metal, I could not impede my hands from reaching towards her belly. “How far along are you?”, I asked. She told me that she was eight months pregnant. Then I asked “what are you having”, to what she responded “a girl”. She asked me if I had a name for her daughter and I thought I would share the name I chose for my own child…… Camila. She yield at her husband who was just across from her shop, “what do you think about Camila? He shook his head in approval and then she asked for the meaning of the name, and I told her it does not have a meaning, I plainly just like it. She asked for my email address and said that as soon as her baby was born she would write me and share a photo of the baby and that the subject line would say Camila.

Only in you can I be so bold and intentional about my faith. I pray you allow me to continue wearing Jesus on my sleeve.
